What private label perfume manufacturing means here

Private label, or contract manufacturing, means the product is made by us and sold under your brand. You own the name, the artwork and the customer. We own the formulation, the filling line, the regulatory dossier and the delivery date.

The difference with most Italian and French producers is scale. We are set up for small and medium runs, so a launch can start at 10 units and grow to thousands without changing supplier.

Two routes to your fragrance

• Library fragrance: choose from ready accords across fresh, floral, fruity, woody, oriental, gourmand and oud families. Production typically runs 10 to 14 working days.
• Exclusive formula: our perfumer develops a scent from your brief, through olfactory pyramid, trials, corrections and maceration. Development €500 plus €350 bulk, around two months. Perfumer consultancy €300.
• Prototype kit €500, sample set €200, so you can smell and hold the product before the full run.

Flacons, caps and finishing

• Clear, lacquered, coloured or amber-coated glass, with graduated pricing per finish.
• Caps in wood, brass, aluminium, pearl resin, stone resin or black resin, plus 3D printed resin for bespoke shapes.
• Mandatory pump and cap fitted and tested on every unit.
• Adhesive label or direct screen print on glass, front or front and back, in white, black, gold or silver ink. CMYK printing with white base is available.
• Rigid boxes, drawer boxes, tubes, trays, magnetic cases and briefcases, with matte, gloss or soft-touch finishing and foil in gold, silver, red or green.

Regulatory work included in the price

• CLP labelling with hazard pictograms and statements, UFI code and PCN notification for the EU.
• Safety data sheets, technical data sheets and certificates of analysis for your distributors.
• IFRA compliance on every formula.
• Export documentation support: Saber platform and SASO conformity for Saudi Arabia, UAE and GCC requirements, plus customs and origin paperwork for Asia and North America.

Transparent pricing and lead times

Unit price, total and delivery date are calculated by our online configurator from the real production sequence: component lead times, filling, maceration, labelling, packing and shipping. Three service levels are available: standard, priority and express.
