How a bespoke formula is built
Development costs €500 plus €350 for the bulk. Optional dedicated perfumer consultancy is €300. A prototype kit is €500 and a sample set is €200, credited against the value of the project where applicable.
- Brief: the story, the market, the season, the materials you love and the ones you refuse.
- Olfactory pyramid: top, heart and base notes proposed by the perfumer with a rationale for each.
- Trials: samples are produced, smelled and corrected until the direction is right.
- Maceration: the formula rests so the materials settle into their final balance.
- Filling, labelling and documentation, then production at your chosen quantity.
Formulas for the Gulf and Asian markets
Different markets reward different structures. Buyers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Kuwait generally look for intensity, longevity and depth: oud, amber, leather, saffron, incense and resinous woods, presented in heavy glass with weighted caps and rigid boxes. East and Southeast Asian markets often favour luminous, clean, musky and floral-woody compositions with refined, restrained packaging.
We build to the target market, not to a single European default, and we keep the same formula available across personal and home fragrance formats.
One scent, a full collection
- Extrait de parfum and eau de parfum in 30, 50 and 100 ml flacons.

- Export support including Saber platform and SASO conformity for Saudi Arabia, UAE and GCC requirements, and documentation for Asian and North American importers.

Do I own the formula?
Formula exclusivity terms are agreed in writing at the start of the project, before development begins.
Can you work with natural oud and precious materials?
Yes, within IFRA limits and with cost transparency, since precious raw materials change the unit price significantly.
How many trials are included?
The development fee covers a normal cycle of trials and corrections. Unusually long cycles are quoted separately and always agreed in advance.
Can I start small and scale later?
Yes. The same formula can be produced at 10 units for a launch test and at thousands later, without changing supplier or documentation.
