Why manufacture your fragrance line in Italy

Italian fragrance manufacturing is built on the same supply chain that serves the European luxury houses: Murano-grade glass, thick-wall flacons, weighted caps in wood, metal and resin, offset and screen printing on glass, rigid boxes and finishing. Grasse gave perfumery its raw material tradition; Italy industrialised the craft around design, packaging and small-batch precision.

Kerau works inside that supply chain but sells it in small quantities. A brand founder in Dubai, Riyadh, Shanghai, Singapore or New York can order 50 bottles of a genuinely Italian-made eau de parfum, with European documentation, instead of committing to a container from a mass producer.

What we manufacture

• Eau de parfum and extrait de parfum: high-concentration formulas (up to 25-30% for extrait), filled into 30, 50 and 100 ml flacons.
• Scented candles in glass: 200 g and larger formats, soy and vegetable wax blends, adhesive labels or direct print on glass, wood or metal lids.
• Reed diffusers: 100-500 ml, fibre or rattan sticks, customised collars and caps.
• Room sprays: 100 ml and 200 ml, for hotels, spas and retail scenting.
• Gift and welcome kits: rigid boxes, drawer boxes, tubes, trays and magnetic cases, printed with your artwork.

Low MOQ: 10 pieces, and why that matters

Most European and Asian factories quote minimums of 3,000 to 10,000 units per SKU. That forces a new brand to gamble its entire launch budget on an untested scent. Kerau starts at 10 pieces per product, so you can test a concept, produce a press kit, serve one hotel property or run a limited edition before scaling.

Bespoke formulation with a perfumer

Choose from our fragrance library for the fastest route to market, or commission an exclusive formula developed by our perfumer: briefing, olfactory pyramid, trials, adjustments, maceration and filling. A bespoke formula takes around two months. Development is €500, plus €350 for the bulk. Optional perfumer consultancy is €300. A prototype kit is €500 and a sample set is €200.

EU compliance and export documentation, included

Regulatory work is the part that quietly kills small fragrance projects. We handle it in-house and include it in the displayed price.

• CLP-compliant labelling, hazard statements, UFI code and PCN notification for the European market.
• IFRA-compliant formulation and certificates of analysis on request.
• Safety data sheets, technical data sheets and ingredient declarations for customs and distributors.
• Export documentation support for Saudi Arabia (Saber platform / SASO conformity), the UAE and the wider GCC, plus commercial and origin paperwork for Asian and North American importers.
• Dangerous goods classification and compliant packing for alcohol-based fragrances shipped by air or sea.

How a project runs

• 2. Approve artwork. We prepare print-ready labels including all mandatory regulatory content.
• 3. Choose your involvement: hand it over entirely, share the decisions, or approve every single step.
